TACHIKARA Hong Kong extends a 7-day Return/Exchange Policy for all products purchased directly from https://tachikara.hk

You shall examine the products that you purchased and notify us any defects within seven (7) days from the date which the products are delivered to you. Subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy, we will exchange the same product only, at our discretion, defective products due to manufacturing fault if you return such products within seven (7) days from the date which the products are delivered, provided that the products are returned in original packaging materials. TACHIKARA Hong Kong will charge $50 for restocking fee if any of the original materials is missing.

在收到選購商品起的七(7)日內，請自行檢查商品有沒有任何損壞，如非人為損壞的產品質量問題，歡迎聯絡我們，退換只限更換相同貨品而不接受退貨。請確保在換貨時，所有產品均經妥善包裝後，購買日起計七(7)日內交回指定的回收服務點。如遺失任何原有包裝，TACHIKARA Hong Kong將收取退貨手續費每件貨品港幣$50元正。
